"Redemption" is a word that implies gaining something better...being saved...the coast is that for me. The moment I see the water, or hear the waves breaking against the rocks or shoreline I can't help but exhale. I feel safe. Restored. Healed. Regardless of the sometimes tempestuous sea, it offers the reminder that it perseveres. One wave will pass over, but another is always on the way. The sun will rise over it and set beyond it. The moon will guide it's tides, and the seasonal elements will impact it's mood and intensity. But it's always there. It will always remain. As is the redeeming hope it provides.

This large expressive seascape has been created with palette knives on artist quality cotton canvas. It is framed in a solid tasmanian oak timber frame, satin varnished, and comes with a COA.
