A recent landscape photography search in New Zealand, not only found some great scapes but also some fabulous atmospheric skys and cool architecture. They all had to come together fr this photographic composite.. All foreground “hillocks” are from Glenorchy, NZ, for their fake looking shapes and height.

Cromwell, NZ, has a cute little historic quarter of harbour lined quaint little old buildings...the bakery, the blacksmith, Post Office etc. I wonder how long it will be before all of these small businesses are no longer around. Preservation is important and great to see these buildings remaining and getting a new lease on life as galleries or cafes, leaning on each other like old close friends.
