An Eye for Justice

Originally I was going to collage The Avengers comics I had for her hair. Sort of like the Marge Simpson one I did. But when I saw the page with all the superhero avengers, I said to myself 'ah, the perfect masked avenger!' Collage on oil. Deep edged canvas set in timber frame. Ready to hang.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to cut back in order to explore other things that pique my interest. I will continue to post occasional new works here, however with the increased costs of commission, materials etc, my more affordable works unfortunately aren't financially worth listing here on Bluethumb. For similar reasons, I am no longer accepting commissions. My apologies.
