Catch a Wave

My son at this age could be anybody's son trying to learn to surf. Although we live at one of NSW best surf beaches, it just wasn't his thing so I've at least commemorated the attempt. Perfect little painting if you're creating a wall of several beach themed work, or to fill that small space that needs something. Happy to paint the edges blue if you aren't getting it framed, otherwise edges are white. New beach artwork on vintage maps coming soon. Follow me for updates.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
