Future Engineer

UNSW has an excellent engineering program and are actively encouraging more women to enter the field. When I found these original 1987 degrees I decided it was an opportunity to add to that encouragement. My uni engineer son asked if the wheel was supposed to be in the lego or on the shirt. Told him it was an engineering problem to solve. Applied to canvas and edged with paint. Ready to hang or be sent to the framers if you so choose to be put under glass for protection.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
