I cannot even begin to explain why this man has been so important to me.
I read one of his books by chance, during my first year of uni, and I fell in love with everything he wrote.
Claude Levi-Strauss helped me to really think outside the box, he taught me to question everything, from the way we live, the way we communicate, the way we behave in our society , which is fictitious, we are society, we create it, and like us, there are people out there ( or they used to be) that had created a much different society, or societies, in tune with nature, with different values.
There are so many ways to live, we cannot even see it.
