This artwork was a finalist in the prestigious 2017 Cliftons Art Prize and won Peoples Choice Award Perth.
From a series titled HYBRID. Examining abstract expressionism and street art movements, I've used acrylic paint and aerosol to create unconscious emotive responses in a new series of hybrid artworks. The artworks are full of angst and attitude, edgy and urban, with a contemporary abstract nature.
Painted on board and finished with three coats of varnish. Professionally framed with light oak (no glass). Ready to hang.
