At Lady Elliot a young female spent the better part of an hour with us, a truly humbling experience.

Having painted primarily green turtles for so long it was amazing to see how different another species behaves in the wild.

They have a hooked jaw that is incredibly strong to crunch up coral and their shell patterns are just magic.
