During my residency at Grindell's Hut in the Vulkathunha Gammon Ranges National Park, I had 180 degree views of the Blue Ranges and Illinaworta Pound. There was no one for miles, no mobile reception, no phone, solar power, and 4WD only in.....bliss. I spent countless hours drawing the view from the hut. To the left of the hut, there is a hill, and on it a cairn. I did many drawings of this hill, which have all since sold. This work is based on those drawings. I really enjoy the gestural quality and abstract nature of this piece.
This work is a standard A3 size and will fit an off the shelf frame.
