I love how we are all unique. We light up whenever we have the opportunity to talk about the things we love to someone else. Painting helps me calm my anxious mind and it gives me immense joy. I have had the privilege of being a finalist in the 2019 Mornington Landscape competition at Southern Buoy Studios and I have recently started conducting my own Kids Art Classes, Social Support Art Therapy lessons and Sip and Paint Parties.
It is very satisfying blending colors on a canvas with no intentional goal but to just enjoy the process. You create, not for recognition but simply because it makes you happy. My biggest inspiration is the ocean, not only because I love being by the beach but because of how much the ocean exemplifies who we are as individuals, both calm yet powerful human beings.
