Mudlark Sunset is inspired by the Australian landscape and wildlife. 'I watched the mudlarks dancing through the summer sky like self propelled darts, occasionally flicking their wings as they thrust themselves towards ever moving invisible targets, then returning to the softened weave of their nest'. This new series explores the relationship between birds and the Australian landscape. Layered acrylics and ink on a texture base.
