G'day 😊 Thank you for looking in on “Starburst.”
This funky piece is 200cm x 80cm and is the latest in my ongoing "Squares" series. Features metallic gold, bronze, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, teal, turquoise and white acrylics on a textured canvas base. I will sign the bottom left corner once the orientation is confirmed as this painting can be hung multiple ways.
These paintings are created on a 40mm frame wrapped in the highest quality canvas with a textured base to provide depth and another layer of interest. I paint each individual square on these pieces which takes a significant amount of time - it's lots of fun though! If this piece caught your eye but isn’t quite the right size or colour/s please reach out and we can discuss the possibility of doing a commission!
Finishing:
My paintings are varnished, have painted edges and are signed on the front and back. Also, most of my paintings arrive ready to hang with hardware installed on the back of the canvas. I recommend that the really big ones be installed by a professional installer which is cheaper than you might think ($150 - $250). If you would like more information, don’t hesitate to ask.
Serving Suggestions:
Each painting is listed with some insitu images which I try to ensure are true to size. I also add an external frame to the piece to give you an idea of how they look framed in either black or oak. However, as previously mentioned, my pieces arrive ready to hang with painted edges, so the framing is only an option. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Freight and delivery:
I package my paintings securely in twin walled, reinforced, cartons, with additional protective inserts and the painting is wrapped in felt for rub protection. Our trusted freight partners are TNT, Startrack and DHL. Often with larger pieces and local deliveries, we can arrange a direct delivery with a local driver.
Finally, all works come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
