Kennedy Range monolith

My artwork aims to create evocative spaces that highlight the beauty of nature. "Kennedy Range monolith" echoes the surrealistic beauty of the Australian outback. The work changes in appearance as ambient light varies throughout the day, likewise your relationship with the work evolves as you spend time with it.

The artwork is made of 3 layers of sustainably sourced plywood. Layers are carved using rotary and hand tools. Includes artist made shadow box Tasmanian oak frame
