Part of a 'sustainability' series. Looking at the a positive solution to the subject. Chose to paint statues inspired by Greek Mythology, as we have sustained and preserved actual statues over time, a picture of how we should treat the earth.

This piece is representing power consumption, and if we look after the air we will be looking after the environment and also have healthier, stronger bodies.

Using shapes and colour for the background to modernise the work and also to bring the subject to the foreground.

Painting has an extra 80mm (not shown) on all edges ready to be stretched. Would go well with a natural floating frame.
