This small print is the first on a series of prints of food from the garden seasonally. The chilli is a vibrant fruit with a special place in my heart. I try to grow as many varieties as I can.
This is a reduction woodblock print with fourteen prints in the edition. As you work you way through the layers of colour starting with the lightest colour, more of the block is carved away so by the end of the run the block is no longer usable therefore these prints can never be replicated in other colour ways as many of my other prints are. The edition number available are 3/14 and 4/14. The paper is Zerkall Smooth 145 gsm
