Luna Park
Sydney’s Luna Park iconic entry face is based on Old King Cole. During the Vivid Festival I saw his famous head crowned by blazing white lights and his teeth lit up blue. Like the Ekka, it always makes me think of fun and your favourite things as a kid.
I love the view from the Rose Bay ferry and from the ground in Milson's Point. I love fun and kitsch so this always makes me happy. I use dacrylic paint and paint pens on canvas for this work.
