This piece is about delicacy and light. I loved the journey of colour as the sapling reached for the sun, taking bold yellow of the wildflowers into the pale lime green of sunlit leaves, blending into palest pastels and sky blue. This sweet little tree was full of promise, surrounded by the exuberant energy of a million yellow tufts of wattle blooms.

It comes custom framed as you see it. Yes, it is behind glass and the frame is solid wood with a brushed gold coating and black detailing.
