A photo I took of a gravestone on one of our travels in Eastern Europe inspired Helena. This artwork is not yet framed. I used the old trusted cling wrap effect on the background to create the illusion of other foliage, and also to create a stained glass effect common in old churches and family crypts. Helena is the first of a trilogy of artworks.
