This painting on stretched canvas depicts a house in floodwaters. Rain continues to fall and the house is reflected in the rising water. I was experimenting with using palette knives and returned to an old favourite tool as well as a favourite colour - Green Black. The image declared itself as I went, as often happens. My task then was to clarify some elements and balance the composition.
The painting is gallery wrapped and does not necessarily need framing. It is ready to hang.
