Towards the end of a magical wander through Amsterdam Forest – Amsterdamse Bos in Dutch – I caught this perfect little scene. The pretty light through the forest canopy dapples the little bridge over a small stream and framed in the center a couple, just like us, out for a wander. The Bos feels genuinely wild in places and it's huge. I'm happy with how my painting captures the magical feeling of the place.
