This is my original artwork hand painted onto a quality, pure, cotton, duck canvas over a wooden frame. D-rings and wire attached ready to hang.

With this painting I have used many metallics and so you can see slight colour changes depending on where you stand in a room. I have also shown that in the close up pictures, crimson red turns to a light shade. Even the black sky background has a shine.

All my artwork has a story or influence behind it.

A few weeks ago I created another painting on canvas, Abstract 1: Essence of Aurora Lights. I loved that one so much that I want to create a series of these and will continue to do so over time.

I love the northern lights and one day I will actually get to view them live in the northern hemisphere for now though I have created this from photos that friends and family took. This artwork is a composition from those photos.
