Taking a new direction in style and technique, this work uses underpainting techniques and capturing images by painting only in the negative space to create shapes and objects. I find this a liberating technique and style as the medium dictates the subject. The florals appeared to evolve and I was able to paint in the details to enhance the composition. I love how the flow of lines and shapes is so organic.
