This piece reminds me of the Moonlight dancing across a lake or pond. It appears to be moving and alive. I originally came up with the idea of this technique by the build of paint on my artist 'trousers' and so for the past 12 months have been slowly building up the colours and layers on this canvas. The colours remind me of Water Lillies and Spring. The detailed shots have been taken on an angle.
