Driving from Hobart to West Kentish, we found ourselves surrounded by an endless stretch of long lazy hills. Some had houses, others were barren with rocky tracks and open fields. I was captivated by the pale dry grasses that carpeted the slopes. Trees and shrubs were dotted sporadically midway and across the ridges of the mountains. On our way to visit friends for lunch, we had no time to stop and take photographs that truly captured the stark beauty before me. What I have recreated here is a combination of these memories.
