Another in my ongoing "People and Community" Series
My people are schematic of no particular race or creed described purely by body language and profile or silhouette. They are transparent and layered of different times and perspectives. They reflect contemplate muse wonder and blend in their surrounds.
My works are subtle in the build-up of layers of mixed mediums applied in washes, dots, lines, scumbles and collage. These transparencies and overlays echo geographical layers; evidence of those gone before, generations lost but not forgotten and a constantly changing habitat as life evolves.
