In my search to complete my triptych of 'native blue' paintings, I found the native Australian blue banded bee hovering around my floral arrangement of native flowers. Now, before you correct me on the ‘bees have four wings not two’, please allow for some creative license here - when those wings are flapping so quickly it only looks like two!

This is an original gouache painting on Bainbridge illustration board unframed.

Painted area measures approximately 29.7cm x 42cm on Bainbridge illustration board measuring 38cm x 51cm.

As this is a gouache painting, it will need to be framed behind glass.

Painting will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve with backing board and sturdy packaging to protect it in transit.
