This is my second Dried Agapanthus painting. Inspired by my own garden. Once the flowers have bloomed and dried I like to take off the seeds and place them in vases in my home. I will also do some versions of Agapanthus flowering but initially I liked the simple design of this painting as I loved the background so much I didn't want to over do it. The background is very country garden colours in greeny blues, greens, turquoise, pinks, purples, deep blues, white and metallic silver. Background has my signature textures too. This painting is also a perfect match with my new Gum Leaves painting.
