It's been one week since we revealed the winners of the Bluethumb Art Prize 2020! Now that the dust has settled a bit, we thought we'd see which artworks the winners are secretly fans of. Below browse artworks chosen by the wonderful Still Life Award winner Jane Reynolds & Photography Award Winner Ed Fetahovic.
Ed's artworks were chosen from his own favourites list - so we suspect he is secretly hoping you guys don't love them quite as much as he does!
Jane says of her choices, "The artworks I have selected are all wonderful works in varying styles, all with appeal and personality that drew me to them. Strong shapes and contrast catch my immediate attention, and then upon a closer look, subtle details are revealed creating a deeper narrative. The strong colour palettes and compositions are bold and the execution beautiful.
