Watercolour Wonders

Watercolours are without a doubt one of the most demanding and unforgiving of all painting mediums! These artists are true virtuosos, demonstrating an incredible level of skill in their technique while retaining a lightness of touch and a beautiful painterly quality that is so characteristic of watercolour. As a versatile medium, it is also possible to achieve high levels of detail and realism despite the fluidity and transparency of a medium that is by nature more difficult to control.
