Oil on stretched canvas, ready to hang.

When Australia is ravaged by drought, the inner landscape is obsessed with water. This painting is a result of the experience of the 2019/20 drought in new South Wales.
My paintings, although rarely 'realistic', are essentially landscapes. There are no fixed viewpoints.
I look for new ways to depict both the external and internal landscapes.
I am influenced by Aboriginal art, Cubism, digital photography, Hubble deep field, maps, and archaeological ground radar scanning.
