The 64th, and last, hexagram of the I Ching denotes a time "before completion". It is a time when the world is in disorder and needs to be led from its confusion back to order again. However, that task requires great caution as the conditions are difficult. This image is based upon a painting by Claude Monet called "The Cabin of the Customs Watch".
