DANCE OF THE BIN CHICKEN- The Bin Chicken (Ibis) is a bird we love to hate. An effective scavenger , they are commonly seen in park rubbish bins, dumps- anywhere they can scab a feed. The Bin Chicken is a native species, it is a common site in many parts of Australia. This work depicts the Bin Chicken 'dancing' on the red tin roof of a Queenslander home.
