"I've barely slept through the night since 2004. I haven't been to the hairdressers in nearly 2 years. My fingernail polish is gradually wearing off because I haven't had time to remove it. Oh the joy's of motherhood. I'm very tired, but my youngest son is cheering after he sang all the way through his ABC's, so all of the yawing is worth it".
This piece was painted using a combination of fluid acrylic painting, whereby the paint is poured, floated and manipulated while in a fluid state on top of the canvas, and painted using a brush and palette knife at the easel. The highest quality Atelier Free Flow Acrylics and Atelier Interactive Acrylics were used to ensure the brilliant pigment strength is retained after drying.
