Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoos often visit our country home in Maleny, Queensland. They were delighting in their breakfast the morning that I took this photo, and having the opportunity to photograph from our balcony always gives an intimacy to the perspective. They stole the Banksia pods from near our house and their cheeky behaviors and dexterity holding the food is captivating.
