(Or stand on a shelf) 'When flowers bloom - #2' is a new work inspired by the beauty of an Midcentury imagined and inspired garden. 45cm x 30 x 2cm light weight wooden panel this is the first in the series and is an original and vintage paper, hand cut collage, sealed with acrylic medium on a black acrylic painted ground. 'Where flowers bloom so does hope' - (Lady Bird Johnson) - in this series I wanted to highlight a joyful riot of colour with mythical flowers
