Marilyn Monroe is such a delight to paint. A good subject to experiment with colour. I'm hoping to do a series titled " The many moods of Marilyn " ... in this one I wanted a more modern slant on her hairdo, which is taken from an old black and white photograph of her. This painting has some texture in it and is ready to hang.
