The promise of spring has awakened the romantic in me, and I find myself painting golden yellow dresses adorned with beautiful rich patterns. I remember spending many happy hours in my grandmother's sunroom, browsing through all her dress patterns, the scent of fabric, thread and sunshine all mixing into blissful moments. In the left bottom corner a magpie is keeping an eye on the whole affair. This picture is filled with energy, light and is rich in composition. There is a lot to look at and it tells a great story of fashion and beauty.
