Everglades Gardens is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful gardens in the Blue Mountains. Paul Sorensen, a Danish-born landscape gardener, designed the garden, which exudes the beauty and charm of the European countryside.
The gardens are Australia’s most stunning cross-war era gardens, with a serene atmosphere, subterranean pool, cascades, stone walls, and meandering walking trails.
The Everglades House is designed in Art Deco style and was built in 1915. The surrounding garden (5.2 hectares) gives panoramic views of the Jamison Valley and Mt Solitary.
Many couples have married in this beautiful place, so this work of art may be that special one that you have been looking for as a memory of such an event, or you may want to own your own historical artwork that is captured in time. With my delicate brushwork this painting captures the depth and vitality of an historical serene setting.
