This artwork was created on archival cotton rag paper and drawn from observation during a three-hour sitting. Painting from life is a significant source of inspiration in my art practice.

For this specific artwork on paper, I utilised drawing with watercolour pencil over a sheet of painted watercolour paper in warm pinks.

Life drawing is the foundation of my art practice. It challenges my observation skills and develops my unique style. I am passionate about working with watercolours, which constantly surprise me with their exquisite beauty.

I drew this work entirely over one sitting. (3hours)
