Preening Galah by Michelle Dujmovic

My painting is from one of my reference photos I took of a beautiful Galah early one morning.

We are so lucky in Australia as Galah's are a common species seen throughout the country. They are such a pretty bird with a sweet nature. I love to study them with their contrasting colours which look great together in a way nature seems to do so well.

Painted in high quality, Artist grade watercolours on textured Arches cold pressed paper 300gsm. The painting has a wide professional matt board ready to be framed to your preference. Internal window size is: 33cm width x 26cm height, with matt board total external measurements are: 47cm width x 41cm height.
The painting is great addition to a natural history collection and suits both a modern and traditional interior.
Artwork will be packed carefully and shipped in a custom-made sturdy box.
