The pegasus sculpture is a mythological creature of Greek history. It is also symbolic of tenacity . I have been an architectural sculpture for approximately sixteen years. The inspiration behind the sculpture came from a half a bucket of fine coat plaster and a bag of wall plaster that was left over from a restoration . Rather than be angry about the final $5850.00 dollars this customer refuses to pay after completing the restoration i decided to cut my losses and make this into a success. The sculpture took almost five weeks to complete and mould making casting very easy. The gold leafing is optional with artificial gold leaf or 24K gold leaf i source from Thailand. It is a beautiful piece and people have been
amazed and excited to see the real thing.
