A composite image made up of various photographs taken by myself to create a new uncluttered slightly surreal landscape, generally somewhere you wouldn't expect to find it, an ‘un-scene’ if you like. Elements are selected for similar lighting, street furniture and clutter removed in Photoshop, and toned to blend in with their new environments. Most images belong to a 3 part themed series, have a white border and include a certificate which tells the story and inspiration behind each image.
The title of the print is located bottom centre of white border which can either be included or not when framing.
Each print has a digital signature bottom corner of the image.
Final size 80x48cm with white border and name.

Toowoomba is known for its many beautiful parks and gardens. It has a reputation of bitter cold winters with a dusting of light snow falling occasionally and plenty of frosts. This coupled with the abundance of pine trees meant putting them in a snowy environment seemed to make them at home, as they started to resemble European Chalets.

Ice Chambers
This mostly monotone complex set amongst a monotone environment looks cold and uninviting, possibly tainted from the reputation of the haunted Hotel Norville. The Chambers and the Chronicle both cold, spaces of business. There is also some fun to be had here, at the sports bar or cinemas.
