A stand of beautiful ghost gums against the wheat coloured grass all caressed by the sunshine. It almost seemed like they were standing guard. The colours in this piece were just so magical together that I wanted to recreate it in a loose impressionist style. The pale ghost like qualities of the trees against the sunny sky and wheaten grass so dry you can imagine the crackle underfoot. Framed view for illustration purposes only.

Pure colour melds together to shimmer like light in this bush forest painting. The branches and trunks emerge from the shimmer of the light created in splashes of colour.
