A magical and surreal imaginary landscape featuring different birds l flying towards the viewer. They are being called by the Crone to come forward and gather for a council.

This painting has an expressive use of paint, thick and textured in places.

When I was a child I would lose myself in these kinds of fantasy images. I guess there is still a strong inner child in me that wants to create them, albeit with a more mature slant. Still, I have noticed that children are very drawn to my art and will often stand in front of the paintings for a while. I love this.
So, this would be a fantastic painting for any space used by kids, but it could also work for grown up kids who love to dream.
