This is my impression of an English cottage garden. I returned recently from London, where I was constantly stopped by an abundance of beautiful flowers. This particular painting was inspired by a stunning garden in Hyde Park (near Hyde Park Corner). It's done in an impressionist style. I guess, it was influenced by "After Impressionism" exhibition I just visited in National Gallery.
It's stretched and ready to hang as is, framing is optional. The edges are painted light grey. It's vanished and ready to be displayed. It's signed on the front and on the back
