Swatches, pink converse trainers, inflatable palm trees and Miami Vice... That's what came to mind when putting this small tribute to the eighties, together.

NineteenEightySeven is made up of 286 28mmx28mm blocks, spaced apart on a rich teal background. It's been framed in a 42x12mm, black painted, varnished, hardwood frame.

It's only about 5kg and comes ready to hang. This is the smallest piece I've created so far.
