It's rich colours, patterns, lighting and the drama around it made it worth painting this piece. The deep blues and greens against the lighter tones gave it a very soothing effect. It's golden colored flower against the purple blue background gives it a gorgeous mirrored reflection into the pond. This painting has a mat board and has been framed under glass to suit the modern decor.
