The lonely picker's hut is an iconic feature of the Tasmanian landscape.. It has withstood multiple seasons, rain, hail, snow and storms. These picker's huts are dotted throughout the State & Island of Tasmania, Australia. They were used to house itinerant workers on properties all over the State and if their walls could talk, what a tale they could tell.
