We, my husband and I, stopped for fuel early one morning while travelling through Tambo Queensland, these beautiful gumtrees with the wonderful shadows, and three gorgeous Galahs having a chat. the temperature already at am was 40c plus . I did the best I could sketching ,blowing the flies off me no fun at all -- so took a few photographs , and painted it in my cooler no flies home studio later . I had the canvas framed by Bruce Wattling Framer and Gallery in Burleigh Heads Queensland it's plain blonde timber ,narrow just nicely done not intruding.
