"Christmas Cactus" by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting and requires framing to hang.

This flowering Christmas Cactus was so beautiful when first purchased, then through loving it to death, I practically did just that. I thought all was lost, until my husband spoke to it gently, quenched its thirst, gave it nutrition and brought it back to life.
Seeing these beautiful blossoms emerge, I put everything else down and decided to paint them there and then seizing the moment. I can only hope this very attractive plant stays healthy and continues to grow, knowing it will be the subject of my painting again some day.

Mission: I strive to express emotion in my artwork and hope it resonates with you too. I hope that it evokes a positive feeling of joyful peace and brightens up a space in your home. My style is a combination of looseness and detail, allowing watercolour to do its magic and then adding some detail bringing the subject to life.

Shipping: Painted on Arches 300gsm Rough paper, this paper is still pliable enough to roll gently and send in a mailing tube. A certificate of authenticity is included.
